The organisation needed
better business performance which needed to be driven by
their Senior Leadership Team. The strategy was in place
and to help build clarity around it and to work towards
achieving it, a leadership event was arranged for more
than 50 senior leaders.
Stretch Learning worked
very closely with the Senior Leadership Team to create a
more engaging event where the team could explore ways to
cascade their key messages around culture change and new
ways of working.
Tools and resources were
created specifically to enable individuals attending to
take ownership of how they were going to lead and
inspire their teams to build better business
performance.
